The staff at 'Shop and Share.ca' want you to be happy with your purchases so you'll continue to shop on our website. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with any of the items you receive, please e-mail us at 'orders@shopandshare.ca' or call us at 1-888-466-2499 during office hours. Simply tell us what's wrong and we'll work with you to correct it.

We do ask, however, that you read all of the product information on the 'Shop and Share.ca' or applicable partner website (ie. Tupperware, Discovery Toys, etc) for information regarding intended usage of each product, appropriate age-rating if any, and warranty information BEFORE making your purchases. We will stand behind all of our products we sell, but want to encourage you make informed decisions before purchasing any items.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Return Policy: Unless otherwise stated in the product information section, all items on 'Shop and Share.ca' come with a 30-day 100% satisfaction guarantee. You can return the item(s) purchased within 30 days of delivery, and we will either replace the item(s) with the same or similar product, or credit your 'Shop and Share.ca' account the full purchase price plus applicable taxes, less shipping fees.

Extended Warranties: Some of the items we carry at 'Shop and Share.ca' come with extended or lifetime warranties. 'Shop and Share.ca' will honor the warranties on these items as they relate to each specific supplier. In most cases, defective items can be returned to us and we will work with our suppliers to either replace the item(s) with the same or similar product, or credit your 'Shop and Share.ca' account the full purchase price plus applicable taxes, less shipping fees. Warranty replacement parts or items may be subject to shipping and handling charges. Again, we ask that you contact us at 'Shop and Share.ca' to discuss the problem and allow us to work with you to resolve the issue. 

Order Placement and Payment Terms: Payment, in full, is required when you place your online or telephone orders with 'Shop and Share.ca' or any of our partner suppliers (ie. Shaklee, Nikken, etc.) We generally accept most payment types including major credit cards, PayPal, Google Checkout, and 'Cheque by Mail'. Orders will not be shipped until payment has been approved and cleared. We use SSL encryption to ensure safe payment processing, and we do not store credit card information on our files. 

Order Processing: Our team works hard to ensure your order goes out correctly but if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please let us know asap. We will pay to ship the correct item to you and send you a pre-paid shipping label so you can ship the incorrect item back to us.
