CDBA is a national charitable organization created in 1975 by parents of children who were deafblind and professionals working in the field of deafblindness. Its mission encompasses awareness, support and education. CDBA has a national volunteer Board of Directors and 5 provincial Chapters.  Each Chapter provides a variety of services within their respective provinces to individuals who are deafblind, their families and members of the larger community.
